Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, I am a dedicated mother of four who overcame early struggles with addiction. After graduating from Dunbar High School, I hit rock bottom in my 20s but found the strength to change my life through a recovery program at The Isaiah House, followed by seven months at A New Way To Live. This journey rekindled my passion for helping others facing similar challenges. Now working in the recovery field, I draw on my experiences to mentor others on their paths to sobriety while balancing my professional life with family responsibilities. My journey has instilled in me a deep sense of resilience, empathy, and compassion that I strive to share with clients and loved ones alike.
