Psychoeducation Program

Our Psychoeducation groups help clients understand what's going on in their minds and why it matters. We break down topics like mental health, addiction, triggers, and coping skills in a way that is easy to understand. This program helps our clients make healthier choices and feel more in control of their lives.

Recovery Housing

In addition to our counseling services, Still Waters proudly operates several recovery housing properties in Lexington, KY. We understand the importance of a stable and supportive living environment during the recovery process.
